Introduction

Advanced Quantity Surveying has become one of the most critical disciplines in the modern construction industry, where cost optimisation, digital transformation, sustainable construction, contract administration, and risk management directly influence project success. As construction projects become increasingly complex, organisations require highly skilled quantity surveyors capable of delivering accurate cost estimation, lifecycle costing, Building Information Modelling (BIM) integration, procurement strategy, value engineering, contract management, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle. This comprehensive training programme equips participants with globally recognised best practices, practical methodologies, and digital tools required to improve project profitability, minimise financial risks, enhance productivity, and support strategic decision-making across infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential developments.

Advanced Quantity Surveying Training Course combines international standards, real-world case studies, practical workshops, digital quantity surveying technologies, and modern project management techniques to develop advanced competencies in cost planning, tender management, claims analysis, cash flow forecasting, earned value management, construction contracts, sustainability costing, and dispute resolution. Participants will gain practical experience using industry-leading methodologies while strengthening their expertise in cost governance, procurement excellence, BIM-enabled quantity surveying, data-driven construction analytics, and digital transformation, enabling them to deliver high-performance construction projects in today's competitive global market.
