Introduction

Airport Incident Command System (AICS) is a globally recognized emergency management framework designed to strengthen airport resilience, operational continuity, aviation safety, crisis leadership, emergency coordination, and regulatory compliance. As airports continue to experience increasing passenger volumes, cybersecurity threats, aircraft emergencies, natural disasters, hazardous materials incidents, and security risks, implementing an effective Incident Command System has become essential. Airport Incident Command System Training Course equips participants with practical knowledge to establish command structures, improve interagency collaboration, accelerate emergency response, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with ICAO Annex 14, ICAO Annex 19, ICAO Doc 9137, FAA guidance, and international airport emergency planning standards.

The course emphasizes modern emergency management strategies including unified command, airport emergency operations centers, crisis communication, business continuity, disaster recovery, aviation risk management, digital emergency coordination, incident intelligence, emergency decision-making, and post-incident recovery. Participants will gain practical skills through scenario-based exercises and international case studies to improve airport preparedness, minimize operational disruptions, enhance stakeholder coordination, and strengthen organizational resilience during airport emergencies.
