Introduction

Climate Finance for Renewable Projects Training Course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to mobilize, structure, and manage climate finance investments for renewable energy projects. As global markets accelerate toward Net Zero emissions, energy transition, sustainable development, and low-carbon growth, understanding innovative financing mechanisms has become essential for governments, financial institutions, project developers, and sustainability professionals. This course explores green finance, blended finance, carbon markets, ESG investment strategies, renewable energy financing models, climate risk assessment, and sustainable infrastructure development to support scalable renewable energy solutions.

The program provides a comprehensive understanding of how solar, wind, hydropower, bioenergy, and emerging clean energy technologies can access international climate funds, development finance institutions, private capital, and impact investment channels. Through real-world case studies, financial modeling exercises, project assessments, and interactive learning, participants will learn how to design bankable renewable energy projects, attract climate investments, and implement financing strategies aligned with Paris Agreement goals, SDGs, climate resilience frameworks, and global sustainability trends.
