Introduction

Construction Arbitration Training Course is designed to equip construction industry stakeholders with advanced knowledge of construction dispute resolution, international arbitration practices, contract management, claims strategy, and legal risk mitigation. With the increasing complexity of mega infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships (PPP), engineering contracts, and cross-border construction agreements, professionals require strong expertise in FIDIC contracts, arbitration procedures, delay analysis, quantum assessment, expert evidence, and construction claims management. This course provides practical insights into handling disputes through efficient arbitration frameworks, digital dispute resolution tools, and global best practices.

The program integrates real-world construction arbitration case studies, tribunal procedures, negotiation techniques, forensic analysis, and strategic dispute avoidance methodologies. Participants will develop the ability to manage arbitration proceedings from initiation to award enforcement while understanding the roles of arbitrators, counsel, engineers, project managers, and expert witnesses. Through interactive learning, simulations, and industry-based examples, this training strengthens capabilities in construction law, contract administration, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), international arbitration standards, and sustainable project governance.
