Introduction

Construction Project Scheduling Using Primavera P6 Training Course is designed to equip construction professionals with advanced skills in project planning, scheduling, cost control, resource optimization, and project performance management using Oracle Primavera P6 Professional Project Management. In today’s competitive construction environment, organizations require professionals who can manage complex projects through digital project controls, predictive scheduling, earned value management (EVM), risk-based planning, and data-driven decision-making. This training provides practical expertise in developing baseline schedules, monitoring progress, managing resources, analyzing delays, and improving project delivery efficiency.

The course integrates real-world construction scenarios, industry best practices, and hands-on Primavera P6 applications to develop job-ready scheduling competencies. Participants will learn how to create integrated project schedules, perform critical path analysis (CPM), manage project risks, generate progress reports, and implement effective project controls strategies. Through practical exercises and case studies from building construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, EPC, and mega construction projects, learners will gain the confidence to manage complex project timelines and achieve successful project outcomes.
