Introduction

In the modern enterprise, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems generate a colossal volume of real-time data across critical functions like Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. However, this wealth of information often remains siloed or trapped in complex, tabular reports, leading to data overload and slow, reactive decision-making. Non-technical business stakeholders from executives to department heads need more than raw numbers; they require clear, actionable insights to drive strategic growth. This necessity has catapulted data visualization from a technical skill into a core business intelligence competency, demanding a new level of data literacy and communication across the organization.

Data Visualization for ERP Stakeholders Training Course bridges the critical gap between complex ERP data and data-driven decision-making. Participants will master the art of data storytelling and leverage powerful visualization tools to transform intricate ERP datasets into intuitive, interactive dashboards and visual reports. By focusing on principles of visual perception and dashboard design best practices, stakeholders will learn to rapidly identify KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), spot anomalies, and communicate compelling narratives. The outcome is not just better reports, but a unified, transparent view of the business that fosters organizational alignment, maximizes ERP value realization, and drives a culture of actionable analytics.
