Introduction

In today’s interconnected world, digital identity has become a cornerstone of secure access, governance, and service delivery. The challenge of managing digital identities becomes even more critical for stateless populations who often face systemic barriers in accessing healthcare, education, social protection, and civil registration. Digital Identity and Stateless Populations Training Course provides an in-depth exploration of digital identity frameworks, blockchain-enabled solutions, biometric authentication, and policy interventions that ensure inclusivity for stateless populations. Participants will gain hands-on experience in designing and implementing digital identity systems that are resilient, privacy-preserving, and scalable.

Participants will also examine the intersection of technology, law, and human rights to address the unique challenges faced by stateless individuals. Through interactive workshops, case studies, and applied exercises, the course enables learners to develop practical strategies for digital inclusion, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. The course emphasizes trending technologies such as AI-powered identity verification, mobile ID solutions, and secure decentralized identity management systems that are reshaping global digital identity landscapes.
