Introduction

In the rapidly evolving digital economy, Digital Labour Rights and Data Protection have become critical pillars for ensuring fair, ethical, and legally compliant work environments. As organizations increasingly rely on remote work platforms, gig economy systems, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making, workers face new challenges related to surveillance, algorithmic management, data misuse, and lack of transparency. Digital Labour Rights and Data Protection Training Course is designed to equip participants with advanced knowledge of digital workplace rights, GDPR-aligned data protection principles, cybersecurity awareness, algorithmic accountability, and ethical data governance.

The course provides a comprehensive framework for understanding how labour law, human rights, and data privacy regulations intersect in digital ecosystems. Participants will explore global standards such as GDPR compliance, AI governance frameworks, platform worker protection policies, and data ethics principles. By combining legal insights, practical case studies, and applied digital tools, the program empowers professionals, policymakers, HR practitioners, and digital platform operators to build safer, fairer, and more transparent digital work environments.
