Introduction

Feasibility Study Development is a critical strategic discipline used to evaluate the viability, profitability, and sustainability of proposed projects before major investments are made. In today’s rapidly evolving global economy, organizations are increasingly relying on data-driven decision-making, AI-enabled forecasting, ESG compliance, digital transformation, and risk intelligence frameworks to ensure project success. This training course equips participants with advanced tools and modern methodologies to assess technical, financial, operational, environmental, and legal feasibility across industries such as infrastructure, energy, real estate, ICT, manufacturing, and public sector development.

Feasibility Study Development Training Course is designed to bridge the gap between theory and real-world execution by integrating financial modeling, market analytics, sustainability assessment, scenario planning, and investment appraisal techniques. Participants will learn how to produce bankable feasibility reports aligned with global standards such as IFRS, ESG reporting frameworks, SDG alignment, and risk governance models. By the end of the program, learners will be capable of producing investor-ready feasibility studies that support funding approval, policy formulation, and strategic business expansion in competitive global markets.
