Introduction

The global shift toward a Net-Zero future necessitates a radical transformation of the industrial landscape and the human capital that powers it. By integrating Circular Economy principles into workforce development, organizations can move beyond traditional sustainability compliance toward a proactive model of environmental stewardship and economic innovation. Green Economy and Workforce Transition Training Course addresses the critical "green skills gap" by providing the strategic frameworks and technical expertise required to harmonize industrial productivity with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Participants will explore the intersection of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and green technology, learning to navigate the complexities of renewable energy ecosystems, sustainable procurement, and ESG reporting. Through a blend of experiential learning and sectoral analysis, the program empowers leaders and practitioners to convert climate risks into competitive advantages, fostering a workforce that is not only reactive to regulatory changes but is a primary driver of the Global Green Transformation.
