Introduction

Landscape ecology and connectivity science Training Course are rapidly evolving disciplines that focus on the spatial patterns, ecological processes, and the linkages across ecosystems that maintain biodiversity and ecosystem services. This training course is designed to provide participants with the latest tools, frameworks, and methodologies to understand ecological networks, habitat corridors, and conservation planning in landscapes under increasing human and climate-driven pressures. With strong emphasis on sustainability, resilience, and ecosystem connectivity, the course highlights real-world applications that bridge scientific theory with practical management strategies.

The course integrates biodiversity conservation, ecological monitoring, GIS applications, and sustainable land-use planning to equip participants with actionable skills. By blending ecological principles with connectivity science, participants will be able to analyze habitat fragmentation, identify conservation priorities, and strengthen ecosystem resilience. This program will also provide hands-on approaches, innovative frameworks, and global case studies that support evidence-based decision-making in natural resource management, urban development, and climate adaptation.
