Introduction

Mining projects operate in a highly complex environment where operational efficiency, environmental compliance, ESG reporting, stakeholder accountability, and sustainable resource management are critical for long-term success. Monitoring & Evaluation in Mining Projects Training Course is designed to equip professionals with advanced skills to plan, implement, and manage robust M&E systems across the mining lifecycle. Participants will gain practical expertise in data-driven decision-making, impact assessment, risk monitoring, sustainability tracking, and performance measurement frameworks aligned with global mining standards and ESG expectations.

The course integrates modern tools and methodologies used in mining analytics, digital monitoring systems, remote sensing, KPI dashboards, compliance auditing, and socio-environmental evaluation frameworks. It focuses on strengthening institutional capacity for transparent reporting, adaptive management, and evidence-based project optimization. By the end of the training, participants will be able to design and implement high-quality M&E systems that improve productivity, safety compliance, environmental stewardship, and community engagement outcomes in mining operations.
