Introduction

Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Investment Analysis is a critical discipline for evaluating the financial, economic, commercial, and strategic viability of infrastructure projects delivered through collaboration between governments and private-sector investors. Public-Private Partnership Investment Analysis Training Course provides a comprehensive understanding of PPP investment appraisal, project finance, financial modelling, risk analysis, value-for-money assessment, investment returns, cash-flow forecasting, capital structuring, and bankability assessment. Participants will develop practical capabilities to assess whether proposed PPP projects can attract private investment while delivering sustainable public value, affordability, and long-term infrastructure outcomes.

The course focuses on modern PPP investment analysis techniques used across transport, energy, water, healthcare, telecommunications, urban development, and other infrastructure sectors. Participants will explore investment decision-making, financial feasibility, sensitivity analysis, scenario modelling, risk-adjusted returns, financing structures, public-sector affordability, and transaction evaluation. International case studies will demonstrate how successful and challenging PPP investments have been structured and evaluated, enabling participants to apply evidence-based investment analysis to real-world infrastructure opportunities.
