Introduction

Public-Private Partnership Procurement Integrity Training Course provides a comprehensive framework for strengthening procurement integrity, transparency, accountability, ethical sourcing, and value for money across Public-Private Partnership projects. It equips participants with practical knowledge of procurement governance, anti-corruption controls, conflict-of-interest management, competitive tendering, bid evaluation, due diligence, contract award, and fraud risk management. The course integrates international procurement standards, digital procurement tools, risk-based controls, compliance frameworks, and ethical decision-making to promote credible and competitive Public-Private Partnership procurement systems.

Participants will examine how procurement integrity influences investor confidence, public trust, project bankability, competition, affordability, and long-term infrastructure performance. Through global case studies, practical exercises, scenario analysis, and procurement simulations, the course develops the ability to identify procurement risks, prevent collusion and corruption, strengthen institutional controls, manage complaints, conduct transparent evaluations, and implement effective integrity safeguards throughout the Public-Private Partnership lifecycle.
