Introduction

Public-Private Partnerships Resilience Planning Training Course provides a strategic framework for strengthening the resilience, continuity, adaptability, and long-term performance of public-private partnership infrastructure and service-delivery projects. The course examines climate resilience, disaster risk management, infrastructure vulnerability assessment, business continuity, financial resilience, operational risk, emergency preparedness, climate adaptation, and sustainable investment planning. Participants develop practical capabilities for identifying systemic risks, assessing vulnerabilities, designing resilience strategies, and integrating resilience requirements throughout the public-private partnership project lifecycle.

The course also addresses emerging global priorities including climate change adaptation, infrastructure resilience, environmental, social and governance considerations, digital resilience, critical infrastructure protection, crisis management, resilient procurement, and sustainable financing. Through practical exercises and international case studies, participants learn how governments, private investors, lenders, project companies, and infrastructure operators can establish resilient public-private partnership frameworks that protect assets, maintain essential services, improve investor confidence, and support sustainable economic development under changing environmental, financial, technological, and operational conditions.
