Introduction

In today’s rapidly evolving research landscape, reflexivity in qualitative research has emerged as a cornerstone for ensuring rigor, transparency, and ethical integrity. Reflexivity in Qualitative Research Training Course empowers researchers to critically examine their own positionality, biases, and influence on the research process, enhancing the validity, credibility, and trustworthiness of qualitative studies. This course equips participants with practical frameworks, reflective strategies, and advanced tools to integrate reflexive practices seamlessly into their research methodology.

Designed for academics, social scientists, and research professionals, this training emphasizes innovative qualitative methods, self-awareness in research, and methodological transparency. Through a combination of case studies, interactive exercises, and guided reflections, participants will develop the skills to critically interrogate their research process, refine data interpretation, and elevate the overall quality of their qualitative studies. By the end of this course, attendees will possess a strong reflexive lens to conduct ethically robust and methodologically sound research.
