Introduction

Global supply chains are undergoing rapid transformation driven by increasing regulatory pressure, ESG compliance expectations, ethical sourcing demands, and climate-conscious consumer behavior. Organizations are now required to integrate sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) practices that ensure transparency, reduce environmental impact, and uphold international labour standards (ILS) across all tiers of production. Sustainable Supply Chains & Labour Standards Training Course equips participants with advanced competencies in ethical procurement, ESG risk management, responsible sourcing, and human rights due diligence within complex global supply networks.

The course focuses on bridging the gap between corporate sustainability goals and real-world supply chain execution. It explores how businesses can eliminate forced labour, child labour, unsafe working conditions, and wage exploitation, while embedding circular economy principles, carbon footprint reduction strategies, and supplier sustainability audits. Participants will gain practical insights into compliance frameworks such as ILO conventions, UN Global Compact, SA8000, and ESG reporting standards, enabling them to build resilient, transparent, and socially responsible supply chains.
