Aviation and Airport Management

Training Course on Airport Collaborative Decision Making (ACDM)

Introduction

Training Course on Airport Collaborative Decision Making (ACDM) offers a deep dive into Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM), a paradigm-shifting approach to airport operations. A-CDM fosters seamless information sharing, enhanced coordination, and joint decision-making among all airport stakeholders, including Air Traffic Control (ATC), airlines, ground handlers, and airport authorities. By promoting a common operational picture, this course equips participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills to optimize airport efficiency, reduce delays, and elevate operational predictability within the dynamic aviation ecosystem.

In today's rapidly evolving air transport landscape, characterized by increasing traffic volumes and complex operational challenges, effective resource management and real-time situational awareness are paramount. This A-CDM training program addresses these critical needs, guiding professionals through the principles and practical implementation of A-CDM. Participants will learn how to leverage collaborative strategies to improve on-time performance, minimize environmental impact, and enhance passenger experience, ultimately contributing to a more resilient and sustainable airport environment.
