Training Course on Cost-Benefit Analysis for Educational Programs

Introduction

In the evolving landscape of educational policy and planning, Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) has emerged as a vital decision-making tool that enables educational leaders, policymakers, and administrators to assess the economic efficiency and impact of programs. Training Course on Cost-Benefit Analysis for Educational Programs is designed to equip stakeholders with the practical skills and analytical frameworks necessary to evaluate the financial feasibility, return on investment (ROI), and long-term value of educational initiatives. Through hands-on learning, real-world case studies, and data-driven strategies, participants will learn how to make evidence-based decisions that align resources with measurable outcomes.

The course emphasizes quantitative evaluation, policy effectiveness, educational finance, and program optimization. By understanding how to assess direct and indirect costs, calculate social returns, and apply sensitivity analysis, participants will become adept at using CBA for improving the impact and sustainability of educational reforms. Whether you're managing a public education project, a private training institute, or donor-funded programs, this course will enhance your capacity to design cost-effective, scalable, and high-impact educational programs.
