Introduction

The Management of Change (MOC) process is a critical safety and operational protocol in the Oil & Gas (O&G) industry. As global energy demands rise and assets age, it's vital that changes to facilities, operations, and procedures are assessed, approved, and implemented effectively. Training Course on Management of Change (MOC) in Oil & Gas (O&G) Operations provides a structured and comprehensive understanding of MOC systems, incorporating regulatory compliance, industry standards, digital transformation, and real-world risk mitigation practices.

Participants will gain the skills and insights needed to implement, evaluate, and optimize MOC processes that are safe, compliant, and efficient. This training equips professionals to reduce operational risk, environmental hazards, and systemic failures, ensuring continuous improvement, workforce accountability, and safety culture enhancement in dynamic operational environments.
