Introduction

Modern poultry farming has evolved into a dynamic and data-driven industry, requiring updated knowledge in poultry production systems, animal health, food safety, and environmental management. As global demand for poultry meat and eggs continues to rise, efficient production practices, sustainable feed strategies, and enhanced biosecurity protocols are essential for profitability and disease prevention. Training Course on Modern Poultry Production and Biosecurity Management offers an in-depth, hands-on training approach to equip participants with advanced techniques in poultry farm management, including disease surveillance, waste management, automation, and policy compliance in poultry enterprises.

This training focuses on critical issues such as avian influenza prevention, antimicrobial resistance, genetic improvement, and climate-resilient poultry farming. Participants will learn how to integrate smart technologies, enforce farm-level hygiene protocols, and manage breeding cycles to optimize productivity. With practical case studies, real-life simulations, and scenario-based problem solving, the course strengthens capacity for sustainable poultry development in both smallholder and commercial setups.
