Training Course on Zoonotic Diseases: Understanding and Preventing Animal-to-Human Transmission

Training Course on Zoonotic Diseases: Understanding and Preventing Animal-to-Human Transmission is designed for health professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of zoonotic diseases and their public health implications. This course explores the mechanisms by which infectious diseases are transmitted from animals to humans, highlighting the importance of interdisciplinary approaches in prevention and control. Participants will learn how to identify zoonotic risks, implement surveillance systems, and develop effective strategies to mitigate transmission, ensuring better health outcomes for communities.

As global travel and trade increase, the threat of zoonotic diseases continues to rise, making this course essential for those working in public health, veterinary medicine, and environmental health. Through interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and practical exercises, attendees will gain the skills necessary to address the complexities of zoonotic disease transmission and advocate for integrated health solutions that protect both human and animal populations.
