Introduction

Workplace Organizing in Informal Sectors Training Course is designed to equip workers, leaders, and community organizers with practical skills to strengthen collective bargaining, labor rights advocacy, cooperative formation, and social protection access. It focuses on building resilient worker networks in sectors such as street vending, domestic work, small-scale agriculture, waste picking, transport services, and home-based enterprises.

This course integrates modern tools such as digital mobilization, grassroots leadership development, policy advocacy frameworks, and cooperative business models to help informal workers transition from vulnerability to structured representation. Participants will gain hands-on knowledge in worker mobilization, unionization strategies, occupational safety, financial inclusion, and labor policy engagement, enabling sustainable transformation of informal workplaces into organized, dignified, and productive ecosystems.

Workplace Organizing in Informal Sectors Training Course

Workplace Organizing in Informal Sectors Training Course is designed to equip workers, leaders, and community organizers with practical skills to strengthen collective bargaining, labor rights advocacy, cooperative formation, and social protection access. It focuses on building resilient worker networks in sectors such as street vending, domestic work, small-scale agriculture, waste picking, transport services, and home-based enterprises.
