Microfinance & Financial Inclusion

Education Financing & Microcredit Partnerships Training Course

Introduction

Education financing plays a transformative role in expanding access to learning opportunities for underserved populations. As the cost of education continues to rise globally, many low-income families struggle to access quality schooling without financial support. Microfinance institutions (MFIs) are increasingly filling this gap by offering innovative credit and savings products that make education more affordable. Through structured microcredit partnerships, learners and institutions benefit from flexible, inclusive financing solutions. This creates a pathway for improved learning outcomes and long-term socioeconomic development.

Education Financing & Microcredit Partnerships Training Course explores how MFIs and development actors can build scalable, sustainable education financing models. It provides practical tools for designing student loans, school improvement loans, and education-linked savings products. Participants will learn to develop strategic partnerships with NGOs, EdTech companies, and government agencies that strengthen education ecosystems. The course emphasizes digital innovations, risk management, and impact measurement to ensure program effectiveness. By the end of the program, participants will be fully equipped to implement and expand education finance solutions in diverse contexts.
